Job summary

Walmart (Sam's Club) in Bartlett, TN is seeking a front-end supervisor to assist management by assigning duties, coaching, and guiding associates to deliver excellent member service. You’ll support membership sales, handle transactions, and help maintain the store’s organization and appearance.

You will lead by example on customer interactions, ensure adherence to policies, and participate in recruitment, scheduling, and training activities to meet service goals.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Preferred: leading a front-end team, supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others
