Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club location in Green Bay is seeking a frontline supervisor to assist management with daily operations. You will supervise associates, train staff on processes, and guide member service interactions to resolve issues per company guidelines.

You will also participate in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating team members while driving membership growth and sales. Responsibilities include assisting members at checkout, locating products, and supporting self-service

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register)
• 6 months customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates in assigned area by assigning duties and providing direction
• Promotes membership and handles information on membership types and benefits
• Assists members with purchasing decisions and transactions at registers or self-checkout
• Manages area organization, returns, and cleanliness while controlling shrink and damages
• Supports compliance with policies, ethics, and Open Door Policy and participates in recruiting and coaching
