Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a front-end supervisor to support management in daily operations at the Harrisburg location. You will mentor associates, assist members, process memberships, and help drive sales while maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties and giving guidance.
• Provide member service by helping customers, answering questions, guiding purchases and promoting benefits.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and encourage renewals.
• Participate in recruiting, scheduling, and coaching; support sales and marketing events and documentation.
• Oversee area operations: organize merchandise, handle returns/claims, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety and loss prevention.
• Perform cash handling, deposits, and accounting-related tasks per store procedures.
