Sam's Club is seeking a candidate to assist in supervising associates, training staff, and upholding member service standards. You will coordinate duties, process memberships and upgrades, and support promotional events while ensuring policy compliance.

The role also involves overseeing area operations, handling returns, maintaining merchandise displays, and promoting the value of Sams Club products and services. This position is based at the Denham Springs, LA location.

Competenze

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (for example, cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Mansioni

• Assist management with supervision of associates by assigning duties and guiding on member service approaches.
• Provide direction on processes, recruit/hire staff, and train associates in procedures.
• Support membership efforts, process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts while promoting value of Sams Club products.
• Oversee area operations, handle claims/returns, organize merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness.
