Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register).
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, and providing guidance to ensure member service.
• Promote membership by explaining types, programs and benefits to members and prospects.
• Handle transactions, assist with purchases, and support self-checkout and pickup orders to ensure a positive shopping experience.
