Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties and guiding on member service and procedures
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates
• Provide member information, assist with purchasing decisions, and support self-checkout
• Oversee area by handling claims/returns and organizing merchandise
• Maintain financial records, deposits, and daily cash handling
• Collaborate with managers and partners to improve processes and compliance
