Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve issues at the front end.
• Process member purchases and assist with returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Maintain the checkout area and entrance/exit zones for safety and efficiency.
• Assist with training and onboarding of associates on processes and tools.
