Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns while promoting products and services.
• Guides members on self-service technology and processes purchases, returns, and exchanges as per policy.
• Assists with payments, refunds, and safeguarding store assets.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of entrance/exit and merchandising zones.
