Job summary

YMCA of Metro Atlanta is seeking a part-time Membership Service Representative II at the Carl E. Sanders Family YMCA in Atlanta. You will greet members, answer questions, promote programs, and support membership sales while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Traction Rec experience helpful.
• Previous YMCA or non-profit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants in the branch and on the phone, contributing to member retention.
• Welcome members as they enter and leave the YMCA, greet and engage prospective members.
• Support membership operations through sale of memberships and program offerings.
• Maintain knowledge base to quickly respond to member questions and issues.
• Directly handle and resolve membership concerns and inform supervisor of unresolved issues.
