• Serve as members' first channel of contact across multiple channels to provide world‑class service.
• Handle inquiries using knowledge of products, processes, and policies.
• Perform account transactions with accuracy and protect member information.
• Maintain confidentiality of credit union and member records.
• Protect member accounts against impersonation and fraud.
• Work independently while sharing knowledge with the team.
• Navigate multiple systems and adapt to software updates.
• Research account activity to resolve member inquiries.
• Provide knowledge about products and services and suggest benefits.
• Make decisions within approval limits and escalate when needed.
• Advocate for members and coordinate with other departments.
• Support service initiatives and participate in training and huddles.
• Mentor new team members and recognize colleagues.
