SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Service Delivery Representative III to be the first point of contact for Members across channels, delivering World-Class Personal Service. You’ll handle inquiries, process transactions, and guide Members through products and processes with accuracy and care.

You should have 3-5 years in a financial setting, a High School Diploma or GED, and a customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to security and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifikationen

• Credit union/financial institution experience preferred.

• Serve as Members' first channel of choice across channels for their financial needs.
• Handle inquiries, navigate products, services, and policies to provide timely solutions.
• Perform account transactions and requests with accuracy and clear communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of Member records and accounts.
• De-escalate calls with empathy and provide options and guidance to resolve issues.
