Center Parc Credit Union in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Member Service Representative II for the Contact Center. The role involves assisting members with everyday banking needs, opening new accounts, and guiding product recommendations, in a dynamic call-center setting.

The position requires at least 2 years in banking or a credit union environment, strong customer service skills, and troubleshooting ability. Competitive hourly pay, full-time status, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Competenze

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
2 years transactional work experience in banking, financial services, or a credit union.
10-key calculator, typing and keying skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.

Mansioni

Provide member services by phone or in person in a fast-paced environment.
Process transactions: deposits, payments, transfers, loans, and account updates.
Open new accounts and set up share/loan allocations as needed.
Engage in needs-based dialogue to suggest appropriate products/services.
Refer members to internal partners for product delivery.
Handle outbound calls and member retention conversations as assigned.
Balance and reconcile cash drawer and related branch duties as required.
Adhere to BSA/AML and OFAC regulations and internal controls.
