Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with a 10-key calculator, typing, and Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide member services across multiple channels, processing payments, transfers, deposits and account inquiries.
• Open new accounts and perform updates to existing member accounts.
• Build relationships with members and refer products/services to meet financial goals.
• Maintain knowledge of retail and account opening procedures and comply with security practices.
