Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of transactional banking experience.
• Proficiency with 10-Key calculator and typing.
• Experience with Symitar, Meridian Link and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide member services in-person and remotely across CPCU locations.
• Process member transactions including transfers, deposits, payments, and account openings.
• Build member relationships and recommend CPCU products and services.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues following procedures and policies.
• Support branch operations and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
