Ideal candidates have 2+ years in financial services, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong 10-Key and typing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Prior experience with Symitar or Meridian Link is a plus. This is a full-time, hourly role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years transactional work experience in banking/credit unions.
• Proficient typing and 10-Key calculator skills; MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide member services in person, by phone, and via digital channels.
• Assist with opening new member accounts and updating existing ones.
• Process payments, transfers, deposits, and other transactions accurately.
• Recommend credit union products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and comply with security policies.
