Center Parc Credit Union in Atlanta, GA is seeking a proactive Member Service Representative II to deliver exceptional member service, process transactions accurately, and build lasting relationships with members in person and via digital channels.

You will open new accounts, assess member needs, recommend products, coordinate with internal partners, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with policies, security, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years transactional work experience in banking, financial services, or a credit union.
• 10-Key calculator, typing and keying skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Handle member transactions and inquiries.
• Open new accounts and assist with changes to existing accounts.
• Balance cash drawer and process teller duties as needed.
• Provide product recommendations based on member needs and refer to internal partners.
