Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years transactional work experience in banking, financial services, or a credit union.
• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to type and use office software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous service to members in person, over the phone, and digitally.
• Process a variety of transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and card payments.
• Open new accounts and assist with online banking setup and questions.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve member inquiries and fulfill needs-based recommendations.
