Job summary

CORE Electric Cooperative is seeking a Member Services Representative to handle omni-channel member contacts, open and update accounts, and educate members on available programs. You will resolve inquiries, process enrollments, and document interactions to ensure first contact resolution.

As part of the Member Services team, you will verify member identity, promote services, and route issues to the appropriate department, maintaining courteous service and accurate records across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of practical customer service experience is required.
• Ability to work with a multi-screen, multi-application computer system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Receives and resolves omni-channel member contacts, including phone and electronic inquiries.
• Completes account creation and updates, and informs members about programs.
• Verifies member identity before releasing account-specific information.
• Maintains complete and accurate documentation on all calls/contacts.
