Meade County Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation is seeking an Account Representative to support the Member Accounts department. The role involves billing calculations, data entry, customer inquiries, and service orders, with emphasis on accuracy and friendly service.

You will work under the Member Accounts Supervisor, travel to branch locations as needed, and contribute to collections and timely billing while maintaining cooperative policies.

Responsabilités

• Billing calculations and readings.
• Processing payments and performing data entry.
• Answering telephones and addressing customer inquiries.
• Maintaining and balancing a cash drawer.
• Participate in the collections process for past due accounts.
• Applications for service and entering service orders.
• Entering meter reads and reviewing customer usage.
• Other duties, as assigned.
