Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree, CCUE certification or NC-CTP preferred.
• Entry level position with no experience required.
• Ability to build trust and confidence with members.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine member service via phone and digital channels.
• Assist with account services, new deposit accounts, card services and digital channel support.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures; meet KPI targets.
• Participate in training and expand knowledge of SECU products.
