Job summary

Glow Brands is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience at our Planet Fitness locations. You will deliver high-quality customer service to members, prospective members and guests, greeting them warmly and guiding them through check-in, sign-up, and tours.

You will respond to questions, update member accounts, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while promoting the gym’s benefits and services.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively and professionally.
• Strong listening, empathy and problem-solving abilities.
• Diplomacy in all interactions and appropriate language.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities including answering phones and assisting callers.
• Check members into the system.
• New member sign-up and tours for prospective members.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
