Ideal candidates are 18+, reliable, upbeat, and professional, with a focus on customer service and adherence to safety and cleaning standards. On-site work is required; E-Verify participation applies in Utah.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work on-site; this is not a remote position.
• Upbeat, professional and positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented in member and employee interactions.
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience.
• Ability to learn and apply company cleaning practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Obtain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Obtain Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.
• MSRs must submit to a National Sex Offender Registry search.
• All Utah locations must participate in E-Verify.
• This position requires employee to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist members with account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
• Provide information about memberships and amenities; assist with tours and sign-ups.
• Explain membership specials and upgrades (e.g., Black Card).
• Check members in using the club POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Respond promptly to questions and concerns and escalate as needed to managers.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safe, organized workout areas.
• Support front desk operations and general club upkeep.
