Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an entry-level Member Specialist to join our branch network in Texas. You will interface with AAA members, providing insurance and membership services support, including billing, passport photos, and travel planning.

Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist with skills-based pay increases and periodic bonuses. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
• Ability to qualify for Property and Casualty License.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance and membership services to AAA members.
• Interface with members by phone and in person to assist with inquiries.
• Support billing, passport photos, planning road trips and cashiering duties.
• Develop insurance leads for agents and life specialists.
• Meet cross-selling goals in a team environment.
