Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises, a AAA brand, seeks a Member Specialist in Dallas to support insurance and membership services for members in-branch and by phone. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, training, and delivering excellent service.

You will learn a range of AAA products, pursue cross-selling goals, and benefit from paid training, potential bonuses, and career growth. Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm; weekends closed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance and membership services support to AAA members in branch and over the phone.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents.
• Interface with members with confidence and meet cross-selling goals.
• Assist with billing, passport photos, road trip planning, and cashiering duties.
• Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.
