Auto Club Enterprises in Kyle, Texas is seeking an entry-level Member Specialist to support AAA members with insurance and membership services, both in-branch and over the phone. You will receive training on AAA products and aim to meet individual and team cross-selling goals.

The role offers opportunities for advancement with skills-based pay increases, monthly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. Weekend availability is limited to branch hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment
• Advanced customer service skills
• Ability to work overtime
• Ability to travel locally when necessary
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics
• Proven ability to exceed sales or service quality goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Adaptability to change and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance and membership services support to AAA members
• Deliver service in-branch and over the phone regarding policies, billing, and other services
• Support agents and team members in routine and advanced duties
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists
• Interface with members to meet cross-selling goals
• Meet branch hours: Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm; closed weekends/most holidays
