Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Advanced customer service skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work overtime and travel locally when necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance and membership services support to AAA members in branch and over the phone.
• Develop insurance leads for sales agents and life specialists.
• Support agents and team members with routine and advanced duties.
