Job summary

Sam's Club in Austin, TX is looking for a Retail Associate to deliver member service, maintain the checkout area, resolve member concerns, and promote products and services. You’ll guide members on self-service tools and process purchases and returns following company policies.

You will also help with safety, organize merchandise, assist with training, and support operations across entrances and exits while ensuring a safe shopping environment and adherence to security practices.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register) and working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service. Maintains the checkout area. Resolves member issues and concerns. Promotes Sam's Club products and services. Provides guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology. Processes member purchases. Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types.
