Job summary

Planet Fitness is looking for a Member Services Representative who will deliver a positive member experience through superior customer service. This role involves greeting guests, answering questions, and supporting new member sign-ups while maintaining club cleanliness.

Ideal candidates will have a strong customer service background, basic computer skills, and a passion for fitness. A high school diploma or GED is required, and applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities.
• Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
