Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs in Kendall Township, IL is seeking a Part-Time Member Services Representative (Morning). You will greet members, handle inquiries, process memberships, and help create a friendly Judgement Free Zone environment.

Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged; on-site role with background checks and CPR/AED/Tanning certifications as required. Training and advancement opportunities support a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• Upbeat, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented in member interactions.
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience.
• Ability to learn and apply company cleaning practices and procedures.
• Background check and CPR/AED certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Assist members with account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
• Check members into the system using the club's POS system.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the club throughout shifts.
