Job summary

Rocky Mountain Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a high-quality, welcoming experience for members and guests. You will handle sign-ups, updates, and questions with a focus on accuracy and friendliness.

You will greet and assist visitors, perform tours, manage retail transactions, and keep the facility clean and safe. This on-site role requires a positive attitude and reliable attendance in a busy gym environment.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in a customer service environment.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer and POS proficiency.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and prospective members helpfully and politely.
• Handle sign ups, updates, cancellations and billing information.
• Answer phones with a friendly tone and assist callers.
• Give facility tours and assess membership needs.
• Process retail transactions accurately.
• Respond to questions and escalate to management as needed.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and spa amenities daily.
• Keep locker rooms clean, stocked and organized.
• Address maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs to monitor cleanliness and safety.
