Job summary

DuPont Community Credit Union is seeking a Member Representative for Augusta County & Harrisonburg in Waynesboro, VA. This full-time clerical role handles financial transactions, educates members, and contributes to a positive member experience.

You’ll join a stable, growing financial cooperative with a salary range of $17.91 to $21.07 per hour plus comprehensive benefits, including health and retirement plans. Prioritize service and teamwork to help members achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong passion for service and ability to turn experiences into relationships.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions including cash advances, withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, and balancing.
• Effectively refer for credit union products, educate members, and promote alternative service delivery channels.
• Actively assist the branch team in creating a meaningful member experience.
• Assist with a variety of transactions and the administration of cash management responsibilities.
