Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong product and industry knowledge to deliver exceptional member service.
• Follow service protocols and assist members on calls and in person.

• Support sales growth by participating in development initiatives and maintaining licensure for specialized services.
• Represent the organization in the community and stay current on consumer credit trends.
