Job summary

Family Trust Federal Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Consultant I to serve as a primary point of contact for members and employees. You will handle calls, emails, and chats, resolve inquiries, and promote online services from a Rock Hill, SC location.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of similar or related experience.
• High school education is required; additional education is encouraged.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming member calls, emails, and chats and resolve inquiries or refer to appropriate department.
• Provide basic member services including account inquiries, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Cross-sell credit union products and promote online services.
• Maintain member privacy and authenticate before providing services.
• Research and resolve problems with timely follow-up and documentation.
