Horizon Credit Union in Oregon is seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to deliver excellent member experiences, process transactions, and support branch operations. You will handle loan payments, account maintenance, and IRA/HSA transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities include educating members on Horizon products, conducting outbound calls, and maintaining knowledge of regulatory requirements to ensure compliant service and referrals that support financial wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months customer service or cash handling experience required.
• One year related financial institution, customer service, and cash handling experience preferred.

• Member Experience: ensure interactions create a positive member experience and provide solutions.
• Growth, Sales, & Service: educate members on products, promote services, identify needs.
• Technical Skills: use digital tools, stay informed on Horizon products and services.
