Horizon Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative to deliver an outstanding member experience, manage a personal production pipeline, and assist with loans and new accounts. You will explain loan options, rates, and products while building relationships with members.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires up to date knowledge of benefits and banking products and a commitment to community service. A strong focus on accuracy and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Demonstrated ability to identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional member experience by engaging with every member and supporting end-to-end journeys.
• Grow branch performance by managing a personal production pipeline and consistent follow-up.
• Achieve target goals in Debt Protection, GAP sales, and referrals to Mortgage and HRI partners.
• Assist members through loan and account opening processes and explain options and terms.
