Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 18 months teller experience at a bank or credit union (or 12 months teller + 6 months customer service).
• Positive, can-do attitude and passion for helping others.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
• Comfort with office technology and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Opening deposit accounts and recommending products that fit member needs.
• Performing teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing.
• Assisting with account maintenance, debit card services, wire transfers, and more.
• Supporting members with online banking, safe deposit access, and financial tools.
• Notarizing documents, providing loan payoff quotes, and helping with direct deposits.
• Driving sales through service excellence and meeting referral goals.
