Job summary

7 17 Credit Union is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to greet members and provide accurate service, helping them with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries. You will connect members with credit union products and services that meet their financial goals while maintaining confidentiality in a busy, friendly branch.

The role requires a high school diploma, previous cash-handling or customer service experience, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Greet and assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries.
Open, update, and close accounts following proper identification and compliance procedures.
Support branch sales and referral goals for deposits, loans, and services.
Handle card services, ACH transactions, and member inquiries as needed.
