Job summary

7 17 Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Associate to warmly receive members, provide accurate service, and educate them on applicable Credit Union products. You will refer members to the right services and handle routine transactions with accuracy across channels to create positive experiences.

Responsibilities include resolving member questions, identifying needs for cross-sell opportunities, and maintaining confidentiality in all dealings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive members and potential members through designated delivery channels.
• Educate and refer members to Credit Union services that can help each individual member.
• Refer/sell appropriate credit union products and services.
• Handle member transactions including transfers, payoffs, and inquiries.
