• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell products and educate members to strengthen relationships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices as experience grows.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely.
• Process routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
