You will counsel members, assist with loan applications, resolve account issues, and ensure compliance with regulations while supporting branch operations and customer education.

Responsibilities

• Counsel members on financial wellness, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships
• Assist members with submitting consumer loan applications
• Analyze, research, and resolve complex account discrepancies and member concerns
• Identify and mitigate potential fraud or suspicious account activity
• Guide members on available service channels and self-service options
• Comply with federal regulations and institutional policies
• Support branch operations and vault procedures as needed
• Process complex transactions and ensure accurate handling of cash and instruments
