Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in financial services back-office operations preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of BSA rules and regulations (NACHA, UCC, and Regulations CC, D, E, and Z).

Responsibilities

• Perform all Member Operations duties, including file maintenance and posting procedures and addressing member inquiries.
• Process ACH and Check postings; analyze and resolve operational exception reports.
• Reconcile daily General Ledger accounts and branch operations cash letters; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create and update Excel spreadsheets and reports; provide timely, accurate service to members.
• Process domestic and international wire transfer requests; handle disputes and suspicious activity reviews.
