Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative to assist members with account origination and maintenance, cash handling, and service inquiries. You will be trained on tax-advantaged accounts, wires, notary, and referrals for financial services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for member interactions.
• Experience with cash handling and basic financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Explain products and services to members and answer questions.
• Open and maintain accounts, process deposits/loans, and manage cash.
• Handle notary, wire transfers, and currency exchanges as needed.
• Balance cash drawer and operate drive-through; assist with disputes.
• Attend community events to promote SECU presence.
