Job summary

Greylock Federal Credit Union is seeking a Universal Member Representative to join our Operations Center. This in-office, full-time role in Pittsfield involves teller transactions, account services, and member support.

You will balance cash, handle routine inquiries, cross-sell products, and ensure compliance with security standards. The position offers a sign-on bonus for full-time employment and a stable environment with opportunities for growth within a longstanding Berkshire County

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of financial services or customer-facing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; empathetic and responsive.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with memberships, open and maintain accounts, and support related services.
• Process Teller transactions accurately and balance cash daily.
• Manage cash/currency, follow cash control procedures, and protect workstation security.
• Handle account inquiries and issues, safeguarding member information.
• Provide basic guidance on products and refer to appropriate departments.
