Job summary

Greylock Federal Credit Union in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Teller Specialist to deliver exceptional member service through accurate transaction processing and product guidance. The role supports teller operations, vault functions, and compliance with credit union policies.

The position is in-office, full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, rotating Saturdays, and includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year teller or cash-handling experience required.
• Two or more years of teller experience preferred.
• Educational background includes a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Specialized training in branch operations or compliance is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processes a variety of member transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Balances work and cash daily and ensures proper documentation.
• Training and mentoring Teller staff on procedures and compliance.
• Performs vault tasks, overrides, and ATM balancing as needed.
• Engages in sales and service campaigns and cross-sells products.
