Job summary

Greylock Federal Credit Union in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Universal Member Representative to deliver accurate member service through teller transactions, account support, and cross-selling in a full-time, in-office role.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, notary and IRA services, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with cash handling and security standards while helping members with digital banking and product options.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of financial services in customer or member-facing roles.
• Six months of cash handling experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with memberships and accounts and cross-sell products.
• Process teller transactions with cash handling and accuracy.
• Manage cash and coin inventory and verify currency.
• Assist with account inquiries, ATM access, fraud claims, and data confidentiality.
• Provide guidance on products and refer to appropriate departments.
