Job summary

Conexon in McDonough, GA is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional 5-star service to subscribers. You will handle inquiries, assist with account creation, and explain billing and service details in a fast-paced, office-based setting.

The role requires flexibility for a 6a.m.–6p.m. schedule, six days a week, with shifts and a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Prior customer service or tech support experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills with active listening and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

• 1 year customer service or technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to Conexon Members.
• Demonstrate clear and effective communication with end users, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and ensure member satisfaction.
• Assist potential members in identifying if they are in Conexon’s service area.
• Assist new members with new account creation and plan selection.
• Answer general account questions including billing, pricing and service details.
• Assist with projects and other duties that improve the department and create career development opportunities.
