Job summary

Cornerstone Credit Union is seeking an enthusiastic team member to assist members with financial needs in a friendly, professional manner. You will balance cash, perform routine transactions, and follow BSA/CTR guidelines while promoting CCU products and services.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum experience in customer service or similar role with cash handling.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be service-minded and capable of maintaining excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and balance cash drawer and perform routine member transactions.
• Follow BSA guidelines for CTR and SAR.
• Cross-sell services to benefit members and explain CCU policies to customers.
• Greet and sign in members, manage lobby upkeep and flow of traffic to tellers.
• Respond to member inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
