Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, negotiable instruments, and cash drawer balancing).
• Support branch operations with vault balancing and negotiable items as assigned.
• Assist members with opening/closing accounts and inquiries about products and services.
• Escalate issues requiring additional approval or support as needed.
• Identify opportunities to suggest products or services to help members reach financial goals.
• Assist with new account setup, service enrollment, and loan application intake for referral.
