Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide basic counseling on products and services to meet member needs.
• Assist members with opening and maintaining deposit accounts and loans.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to cross-service and educate members.
• Understand and comply with relevant regulations.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge as experience grows.
• Ensure cash and negotiable instruments are handled securely.
• Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals and payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
