Qualifications

• Continual standing and moving throughout the club to accomplish tasks during shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and connect with members.
• Handle membership sign-ups, updates, and cancellations.
